Plan – Build – Finish

We are experts in the building process and will guide you through each phase of your project from beginning to end.

We understand that the outcome of any project is dictated by its budget and we have a proven method to ensure every penny is tracked and accounted for while we build. There is no guesswork in our process and we take transparency to the next level with CoConstruct, a tool that gives our clients direct access to the details of the project and a way to communicate in real-time while also keeping everything in one place.

Plan → Pre Construction Phase

Initial Contact
Connect with us via email, phone, or website form.
First Meeting: Consultation

We reach out and have a conversation to understand what you are looking for. We discuss what you can expect and ultimately learn: “Are we a good fit for each other?”
Preliminary Estimate
We use a financial platform that is based on the most recent historical data to help us best estimate every new housing project we take on.
Pre-Construction Meeting : Review Preliminary Estimate
This is when we sit down to review the preliminary estimate and decide if we both want to move forward with the project.
Retain Builtwright Construction Co.

Once we have agreed to work together, we review & develop plans, assist with client selections (Project Bid Work) and then generate a thorough and refined estimate. Most GC’s don’t put the time in on the estimate and end up going over budget.
Final Budget and Construction Agreement

In this phase, we finalize the budget and our work agreement in order to start full engagement.

Build → Construction Phase

Exterior Checkpoint
We finalize the exterior selections and implement the choices.
Interior Checkpoint : Big Selections

We choose big ticket interior items and allowances.
Interior Details Checkpoint

We choose door hardware, bathroom accessories, things that hang on the wall, switch plates, colors and textures.

The entire build phase is supported by CoConstruct so that you are never in the dark.

Finish → Delivery Phase

This is the part where we turn the keys over to you. We create a final punch list. The punch list is then formalized. After that, we complete the punch list as we do the final walk through.

At this point the house is yours, but we are available if you need us or if anything should go wrong.
